Ceear Associates, Inc – the Company behind each and every Disney Vacation Holiday Home offers the complete home rental and property management service. We provide a personal service to both owners and vacationers, recognizing the demands of both parties. The owners often many miles away from their Florida home, need to be re-assured that their property is being looked after to a high standard at a reasonable cost. The renter wants to have a great time in Florida and to reside in safe luxury accommodation. Meeting these demands, Ceear Associates, Inc is committed to do. We are a 24/7 service.

MANAGEMENT
Ceear began life in the late 80s. The name Ceear is pronounced C R and is the initials of the original owners, Christina and Roger. The company was set up in response to the demands of both owners and renters to provide a one-stop service for all the requirements of property management. Ceear deals with both luxury and economy properties, looking after all matters concerning the property’s upkeep, i.e. pool care, lawn care, housekeeping and maintenance, etc, etc. Christina and Roger have had a home in Florida for 13 years and therefore are fully experienced in the property management and rentals market.

FLORIDA RENTALS
Ceear Associates, Inc advertises widely throughout the USA, UK, Europe and Australia to obtain guests for owner’s properties. We use the latest technology and we will take digital photographs of your property for viewing by prospective renters. Our knowledge of Central Florida and its Attractions is extensive. This enables us to answer most questions raised by guests.

We will deal with the booking procedures from start to finish. The rental market in Florida is very competitive; we do however seek to obtain the best prices for location and house facilities. Consultation with owners on acceptable rental fees will always be undertaken. Priority attention will always be given to individual owner requirements.

Unlike many Agencies, we do not guarantee that your property will be let 52 weeks of the year. Many rental companies claim to be able to do this and we would agree that this is possible but only if you rent at a wholly uneconomic price. We do, however, Guarantee that we will use our best efforts to obtain bookings at an acceptable price to you.
